In much the same way, the islands that make up the South Pacific are also totally overwhelming to look at in many ways. Taking a boat trip out to some of these and sitting on your own on a deserted island for a few hours is far from your daily working grind where you live.

Third of all, a very popular spot for travellers and holidayers alike is Thailand and the other countries of Indochina such as Vietnam and Cambodia. Here you will be able to find that prices are extremely low and as such you are able to live like a king on a cheap budget in some beautiful beach locations.

Fourthly, the stunning island group called the Whitsundays at the bottom of the Great Barrier Reef are also completely awesome. In particular, if you ever visit this region, you have to make sure that you see Whitehaven beach. If ever there was a beach that was designed for a postcard, this would certainly be it.

The list does, of course, continue on and on. Lets not forget the islands of the Caribbean, Hawaii, or the great booming beaches of South America. What it does come down to, of course, will be what you are after from your vacation.
